Chapter 10 · Trust and legal

What your customer sees, exactly

Updated August 21, 2026

This is the substance of what reaches them: the content, the order and the tone, not a word-for-word transcript of every message. It goes out from our WhatsApp number, but the message is yours: your business first, your payment details, and a clear way out.

Good morning. This is El Tornillo Hardware. Your pending invoice FE-1234 for $450,000 is due on August 20.

You can pay with: Nequi 300 123 4567 · Bancolombia savings 123-456789-01.

If you already paid, send the receipt in this chat and we will confirm it.

To stop receiving reminders, reply STOP.

The three things that shape that message

  1. Your business comes first. The name your customer reads is yours. Cobbi shows up once, at the end, and never before you.
  2. The payment details are yours. Your customer transfers straight to you. Neither the money nor the receipt changes hands along the way.
  3. The way out is always there. Every conversation carries, at least once, how to stop receiving messages.

What they will never read

No interest, no late fees, no surcharges: that field does not exist in the product. No threats either, no made-up urgency, no warnings about their credit history, and nothing for sale. We remind them of a pending invoice they already agreed with you, and that is all.

If they reply STOP, this is what happens.
